RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for choosing us for your balloon decor needs! We strive to use high-quality materials and provide exceptional service. Due to the custom, and labor-intensive nature of balloon artistry, our policies are designed to ensure the quality of your order while protecting our preparation time and materials.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
• Rescheduling: If you need to change the date or time of your event, please notify us at least seven (7) days prior to your original scheduled setup date. We will happily work with you to reschedule your order to a new date, subject to our current availability. Rescheduling changes made less than seven (7) days prior to your original scheduled setup date will be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of 30% of your original total.
• Cancellations/Refunds: Because we begin the custom ordering of materials, design work, and initial preparation process weeks in advance, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
Product Longevity and Setup
We are committed to using professional-grade balloons, but their lifespan is greatly affected by the environment.
• Outdoor Setup Disclaimer: We always advise that balloon décor be placed indoors or in a heavily shaded area when set up outside.
• Direct sunlight, heat, sharp objects, and rough surfaces will significantly decrease the lifespan of any balloon, especially dark color balloons, which will oxidize (become dull/cloudy) and can pop quickly when exposed directly to the sun.
• We are not responsible for any damage, deflation, or popping that occurs once the décor has been delivered and set up, particularly in outdoor environments. We will not offer returns, refunds, or free replacements for décor damaged due to environmental factors.
• Weather Disclaimer: We are not responsible for severe or unexpected weather conditions (including but not limited to rain, high winds, or extreme heat) that may affect the setup or longevity of outdoor installations. No refunds will be given for weather-related issues once the order is delivered or setup has begun.
Extreme Circumstances
In rare, unavoidable circumstances where we are unable to fulfill the order (such as severe illness, emergency, etc.), we will communicate with you immediately, provide a full refund and a gift card towards future services.
