Cancellation Policy
1. Securing Your Booking and Payment • Payment Requirement: To confirm and reserve your event date and time slot, full payment of the total invoice is required at the time of booking. Your date is not secured until full payment is received. • Flexible Payment Options: We understand that balloon décor is an investment. While we require full payment upfront, we offer integrated payment options through third-party "Buy Now, Pay Later" providers. This allows you to pay for your order in installments, while we receive the total amount immediately to secure your materials and date. • Late Payment Fee: If the full payment is not received by the seven (7) day deadline, a late payment fee of $100.00 will be immediately applied to your invoice. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment (including the late fee) is not received immediately upon notification. 2. Setup and Installation Requirements By booking our services, you agree to the following conditions necessary for a successful installation: • Access: The client is responsible for ensuring we have clear, uninterrupted access to the venue and designated setup area at the agreed-upon time. Delays caused by lack of access may result in a modified or incomplete setup. • Permits/Permissions: The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals required for the installation of décor at the chosen venue (e.g., park permits, HOA approval). 3. Outdoor Setup Disclaimer The client assumes all liability and risk for décor placed outdoors. We will not be held responsible for any damage, deflation, or popping that occurs due to environmental factors once the décor has been delivered and set up. • Recommendation: We highly advise that all balloon installations be placed indoors or in a shaded area. • Exposure Risk: Direct sunlight, extreme heat or cold, rain, and wind severely shorten the lifespan of all balloons. No refunds or free repairs will be provided for décor damaged by weather or environmental exposure.
